We've partnered with Australia Post to get your items to you as quick as possible. Enjoy carbon-neutral delivery with Australia's most trusted delivery partner. If, for some reason, your address is not serviced by Australia Post, please contact us to discuss so we can organise an alternative delivery provider.
We aim to dispatch all orders within one day. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you'll receive an email with a link to track your order via AusPost's website. You can also track your order at any time by logging in to your account. Please note, it can sometimes take a few hours for the shipping information to populate in the AusPost parcel tracker.
Depending on where you live, standard shipping can take anywhere between 3-10 days. Please note, orders placed on weekends and public holidays can increase the expected delivery time.
If you live within a Next Business Day Guarantee area, you can expect your delivery in 1-3 business days. Other areas may take an extra 2-3 days. You can view more information on eligible post codes on the AusPost website.

However, during busy periods such as the lead-up to Easter or Christmas, our handling time may increase. If your order hasn't shipped within 3 days or you did not receive a tracking email, please contact us so we can investigate the hold up. Alternatively, you can track your order in your account.
We deliver to PO Boxes and AusPost Parcel Lockers. PO Boxes should appear in our address lookup - for delivery to a Parcel Locker, please enter the details manually.
Ordinarily, we would require a signature for delivery. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, signatures are not required. AusPost delivery staff will attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place at your address. If this cannot be done, you may need to collect your parcel from a post office. Customers with an AusPost account can nominate a Safe Drop area - visit the AusPost website for more information.
Some items that we stock, such as nail polish, are considered dangerous goods and are unfortunately not eligible to be shipped via Express Post. If you have any of these items in your cart, you won't be able to select Express Post.
If you have placed an order and realised you have nominated an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. As we do aim to ship orders as soon as they are received, this might not be possible. You can keep your shipping and billing address up to date in your account to avoid any problems.
