Directions for Use
Pour 1/2 a cup into a regular sized bath or a tablespoon into a foot bath. Reseal bag after use.
Recommended to use 2-3 baths per week in conjunction with daily use of your magnesium spray, gel or lotion.
If you experience any reactions such as tingling or irritation; apply to damp skin (or over a light moisturiser) for the first week.
